This policy explains how Anadea, LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information on this website and in the Osman mobile app ("Osman"). Contact: corp@anadea.me.

Information Osman collects

Birth data you enter: name, date, time (if known) and place of birth, for yourself and for people you choose to add. We use it to calculate charts, transits, readings and compatibility.

Account information: if you sign in with Telegram, your Telegram user ID and username; if you sign in with Apple, the identifier Apple provides (and an email address only if you choose to share it).

Questions you ask in the Ask section and the answers, so you can return to your conversations.

Basic usage events during testing, such as which screens are opened, to improve the product. We do not use advertising identifiers.

How we use it

Only to provide and improve Osman's features. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for advertising, and show no ads.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run Osman: Supabase (database and sign-in, servers in the European Union), Render (calculation servers, European Union), Anthropic and OpenAI (writing texts from calculated chart facts; we send birth facts and questions, not your name or contact details), Telegram (sign-in), Apple and Google (app distribution and payments). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app ("Me" → "Delete account"); this permanently removes your account, the people you added and your questions. You can also email us to request access to or deletion of your data.

Children

Osman is not directed to children under 13. Parents may add their children's birth data to see readings about them; such data belongs to the parent's account and is deleted with it.

This website

The website has no accounts, forms, advertising or analytics trackers and sets no cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and reliability. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
