These terms apply to the Osman mobile app ("Osman") and this website, provided by Anadea, LLC ("we", "us"). By using Osman you agree to them.

What Osman is

Osman provides astrological calculations and texts for self-reflection, entertainment and planning your days. It does not predict events and is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on it for decisions in those areas; consult a qualified professional.

Your account

You need an account to use Osman. Keep access to your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time in the app. You may enter birth data of other people only if you have a legitimate reason to do so, such as a family member, and you are responsible for that choice.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a subscription or a one-time purchase, sold through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Osman: no attempts to break or overload the service, to access other people's accounts, or to use it to harass anyone.

AI-generated content

Texts in Osman are written by AI models from calculated data under our rules. They can contain mistakes. We work to keep them accurate and careful, but provide them as they are.

Liability

Osman is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Anadea, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
